After numerous mails and phone calls to Megacouch I have still not received my returned Zino 3-piece back? I have tried to phone megacouch several times but no one answer the phones and when they answer I have also not been satisfied with the allegations and speed my query has been handled up to now?

From the time we placed the order we struggled and after we requested cancellation a promise was made by megacouch staff that they will support and replace any issue within the warranty period.

The original color we opted for was ROX8 as on the quotation number 63669 but the delivery was made on ROX2. When we enquired the mega couch staff replied that they cannot assist. After only a few months the Zino set and wingback chair had problems which we did send photos for to Megacouch. They collected the damaged set more than a month ago and when we phone there are always excuses why we cannot be assisted.

This is trully unacceptable service...
