Don't want my business

I phoned this company for some repairs on my pool system. They promised to send out somebody on 1 August 2013, but they never showed up. I followed up with the next day, and he promised to phone me back a bit later. It is now 6 days later and I still had no response from them. I even left a enquiry on their website. So don't even bother contacting them.
