When I needed my one fire extinguisher serviced in December last year I came across Impact Fire Services. I phoned and Nadia promised that they would come out a specific day (I was in a bit of tight spot and needed it done soon). I was a bit worried having previously dealt with Chubb who gave me "grey hairs" not keeping promises.
Nadia phoned to confirm they would indeed come out. On the morning of the day they would come she again phoned to let me know the team was on their way and should be there at x time. They did indeed arrive and serviced it!
