Hi, I hope I get the necessary help that I am not getting from Moscon Optics/Levi South Africa. I bought a pair of Levi sunglases a while ago and the lenses started to crack. I have paid quite a substantial amount for these sunglases believing that I was buying a quality international product for my eye problem. The problem I am having is that no one wants to assist and I keep getting the run around. It seems to me once you have paid for a product you are on your own and the retailer/supplier forgets conveniently about you.
I am posting my complain here on Hello Peter but I am not hopeful to get a response from either companies seeing that they give me the run arounds. At least we know to avoid buying from them in future.
