Struggle with cancellation for 2 years

I've been struggling to cancel my acc for more then 2 years already seriously still waiting for someone to call me back. I've send emails, phoned every thing what is going on you take 395 every month i don't even use what ever service you give > I want my money back and this thing cancelled.
