I had a crisis last Friday, needing to replace a part on my Mercedes C230K coupe and the part quoted through Merc SA was horrendously expensive. Due to a few unforeseen circumstances, he driver didn't get to deliver the part to me yesterday as requested (I had to have the vehicle at dealer this morning), and when I phoned Ikraam at 10h45 this morning, with no delivery and in a slight panic, he immediately climbed into his vehicle and personally drove the part out to me in Midrand.
I work in the service industry as well and can safely say that Ikraam has today put the entire service industry to shame with his extra mile.
