The service of this Company is absolutely ridiculous, after phoning them I was told to put my enquiry on a e-mail. Which I did, no response until later in the afternoon of the following day when I called again. I was then told that I need to give more details so that the owner can decide on what to make of the job. I told Susan that someone needs to come out so that I can show the person what is needed. I was informed by Susan that the owner wants all the details of the job before deciding if he will come out, but I must remember that he charges for coming out, time he spends here and traveling back. Pay a call out fee for a quotation?
