I imported a car from Japan and Viking Shipping carried out the clearing from the ship. Communication from Viking Shipping was poor, had to keep checking for information as to the proceedings so that I could make my travel arrangements to go pick up the car, only to be told that my vehicle had been dispatched the day before. Had to make an emergency plan. When i got to the vehicle, it was damaged on the front bumper because the cars on the vehicle carrier were not spaced. It was more like they carried more vehicles than they were supposed to. I made my complaint, was asked to give them the invoice for repairs, which I sent. Now Im not getting any response from Naresh and I dont know why. All my emails are being ignored. To make matters worse, you hardly find Naresh in the Office. So now Im not sure if its EVS Logistics (Transporter) or Viking Shipping. But all payments were made to Viking Shipping. Its now 4 months and there is no decision. What sort of business is this?
