Disconnects when I call

I gave in clothes for repair at Sew What, Haldon Avenue 92, Bloemfontein for repair more than two months ago.
Now when I call the lady known as Rina she acts as if she can't hear what I say, but as of late the phone is not answered at all. I went to Haldon Avenue 92 and pressed the bell, but although there is a car parked in the driveway and the house is open (behind a devil's fork fence and barking dog named Bella) there is no answer. I just want my clothes back, whether they are actually repaired is less important.
