After registering a complaint regarding problems we we're having with Skitterblink I was contacted by there Quality Assurance department who took the time to listen to our concerns and offered to pay us back for damages. I like how how they take their business seriously and want to improve it.
It's really nice to see a company takes it's QA seriously and while I wish this could have happened earlier I'm very happy with how Skitterblink went out of their way to make things right with us.
