Non delivery of paid goods

La Mirage / Blaze in Somerset East has accepted payment for an order they did not deliver.
The part of the Job they have done, collected and sent to JHB at our own cost after we have not received a single garment although the order was 5weeks overdue, is incorrect and the quality is of a substandard not seen let alone having delivered. My attempts to speak to Brett Orwin or his wife Marcelle Orwin, via La Mirage's office number and Brett's cell number have all failed. All my calls remain unanswered / unreturned. Emails requesting a refund have never been replied to. Everything from order to delivery date, payments, Logo approval etc., is on file as proof of La Mirage's incompetence and unwillingness to accept responsibility.
