Playing Football With My Packages, It Seems

I sent a package through the Postal Service that i sold on Bid or Buy. It was Boxed with brown paper and more paper inside for cushioning.

It arrived to the customer in pieces as if, it was chucked about like a football. She has sent me pictures. I am extremely dissappointed.
The person who won, the item at auction is now requesting a refund from myself including postage her postage costs. Would you consider this to be fair considering the SAPO is clearly the responsible party. Adding insult to injury. My products broken so i've lost my money there and now i must pay for postal costs as well.

People who work for the post office won't throw about their own personal items yet do so with other peoples. That is irresponsible behaviour. May people who cared more should be employed there rather than incompetent, irresponsible individuals.

Saying that, i am angry or dissapointed is an understatement.
