ABSA FAILS to respond to Bond Account restructure'

Three months ago I lodged a complaint against ABSA for an un-authorised 'restructuring' of my Bond Account. A person named Karen Jonker responded and said that the account was in arrears by 3 months so the account was 're-structured' Firstly the account was in arrears by 3 months but payment was made to cover the arrears by February 2010. However ABSA still went and 're-structured the account and added a massive 28 months to the contract which is resulting in an additional amount of R140, 000 to the account for a supposed arrears of R15, 000.
I have tried communicating and asking for a calculation of how they arrived at this 're-structured' period but Ms Karen Jonker has been un-reponsive throughout.
I am not in good health and my financial circumstances is dire. I am afraid that the in-considerate and in difference attitude of ABSA in this matter is un-professional to say the least, of a major corporation.
