PROMISE GREAT SERVICE, DELAY ON REFUNDS!!

I received a call from Global Visas (Ross Viljoen) regarding my survey I complete about immigrating to New Zealand and was explained all the details on how their procedures work. After I paid R5000 we were able go ahead with my case and I started dealing with Mark who told me what paperwork he needed for us to get started. Within 5 working days I told Mark I want to cancel as my company can assist me with immigration and as per the CONSUMER LAW I am allowed to cancel within 5 working day known as the "cooling down period" and this is not in their policy. They did not look at this with the new consumer law released last year. I asked Mark for a refund which he said Oliver will take the paperwork to the board and have a meeting about this. It has been over a month and I have never spoken to a "Oliver" who is always busy when I phone or email. Mark has been extremely helpful but "Oliver doesn't seem to make any effort. Their policy states refund within 15 working days is not true and ADVISE for other people is Global Visas does not guarantee employment for the immigration, they require paperwork but are they doing anything with it as they do not show it to you.after 12 months you start over.
