My parcel is stuck at durmail hub for one month. Product is a herbal cream. Customs says it needs some health certificate, it is not a prescription product nor does it require a doctors approval. It is a herbal product. I had to import the product again through fedex causing me time and money, product arrived safely through fedex but postoffice has its excuses.
