Over the past three months my cell phone bill has more than doubled, I monitor my bill every day and could not understand why I was being billed an average of 30 Rand a day when I did not make any phonecalls.
When I eventually got through to someone at accounts at Cell C, i was informed that I had subscribed to a service called "Smartcall". I have no knowledge of ever subscribing or agreeing to be billed any amount to my cellphone account.
I demand my money to be reimbursed with interest with immediate effect, and this service to be stopped.
