The consultant was so friendly and helpful I am disinclined to report this company, but I feel I have to because they stated they would be my car at 0915 this morning, so I am at work so my father went to meet them. And waited, and waited, and waited... no-one arrived! They were "stuck in traffic" or some such.
Now how about notifying the client of a delay BEFORE having to wait ages? I understand Ou Kaapse Weg has signal problems but my dad was able to organize with Shane's Towing who is also MiWay affiliated - oh? did I forget to mention this SS Towing is a Miway affiliated agent? I seriously suggest they drop them if this is the service they provide to clients. Maybe this is a once-off but it's quite very bad, nonetheless...
