Myself and 3 other ladies bought a groupon voucher for a VIP spa day. We didn't even receive everything we should have! The cocktail on arrival was a glass of juice, the strawberry fondue with strawberries was a piece of dry cake and 3 small cuts off a strawberry, no manicures or pedicures as advertised, the jacuzzi was "broken" only until 6 hours into the spa day (we were only suppose to be there for 4 hours - from 12 to 4 but had to wait outside for an hour first) the champagne was served in zombie glasses and the receptionist, Stacy, was so poorly dressed for a spa. What a sevice!! I will spread the word on what a spa it is!! We spent most of the day outside waiting for our next treatment, the reception lady over booked and left the therapists to deal with it. We demand to have what we paid for and didn't receive! if not we WILL make a bigger scene!!!
