For the last 2 weeks i am having issues getting my orders. Or i don't get what i have ordered or i just don't get my order at all. I have reported this to the MD'S but i was just wasting my time, when phone and complained about this i was told that i will be phoned by on of the MD to get this matter resolved. I am still waiting. Today ONCE AGAIN i did not get my order. The biggest joke of this is when i phoned i get told that my order was booked out and on the computer it stated they do have stock, but when it was send to the wharehouse they voided the order, cause as per them there is no stock, NOW FOR GOODNESS SAKE who's problem is that, definate not mine. This is not the 1st time, this has now happend a few times. Please excuse my french by i am now beyond VOL FOR THIS. I am loosing business due to this, but who cares, not them cause they not the ones who must face the clients. Today ONCE AGAIN i never received my order!!! What seams to be the problem??? 1st i had to get my own account sorted out cause no one could get that done, and that is also still not sorted out, THIS IS PETHETIC TO SAY THE LEAST. Jackie AQ.
