In the past 2 weeks I have been logging onto your website to compete for the different prizes that are up for grabs, but I have been unsuccessful in all my attempts. I am able to log on, select the item or prize that would like to win, and once I have completed the questions, I select the enter button, and from there the website page loads for hours, with a notification informing me to wait as my request is being processed (Processing your request, please wait..)
This problem has a direct impact on the results of the completion, as I am marginalized from entering to win the awesome prizes that you have on the website.
