Their delivery van hit my car - WON'T PAY

On the 19th of February 2013, one of their drivers reversed into my car in Hout Bay. The driver of the Nampak Cartons & Labels van owned up, left a note and an apology, and reported it to the police station. A witnesses details were also left.

I contacted the number that was left (021 507 4300) and was directed to Girshwin. No surname was given. He passed me on to Patrick. Also no surname given. They never gave me their insurance details, but asked that I send through quotes and they'd pay. They were so difficult, and kept claiming their offices were closed at ridiculous times like 12pm, or that the man in charge was away.

Eventually I got my own insurance to cover my damage, because they were all being so insanely unreachable, and unresponsive. My own insurance is now having the same issues with them, and I'm now at a personal loss of R2, 375, which is the excess for the damage to my vehicle.

This is complete and utter nonsense, and it's disgusting that a company like Nampak don't have anyone that will deal with this. I still haven't received anything. No apology, no insurance details from Nampak, nothing.
