I got a pack of cudlers nappies for a newborn baby, in October 2012, so it was leaking so I phoned nampak tissues who is the manufacturer of Cudlers so they aranged a courier to collect it from my house, that was on the 22nd October 2012 and ever since I heard nothing about them, I phoned and phoned a couple of times and were told they will get back to me but nothing happend and its now 6months already that is unacceptable
