Good day,
I would like to lay a complaint against Otraco running their mining business from a rented resedential property.
This is a security complex with only 10houses, now during day time it feels as if the security is being breeched with the 10mining vehicles parked all over in the complex. Noise levels are high, and local house owners was not informed of a business being runned from this complex.
Is this legal?
