Earlier today, one of your agents accessed our complex without visiting any particular unit, walked around the complex unaccompanied and left newspapers at every door. Is this standard Pam Golding policy?
It is a major security concern that your agents are doing this, given that we have had 3 burglaries in the last few months..not to mention the mess caused with newspapers strewn all over the complex. I don't feel it is fair to our cleaners to have to clean up the mess.
This is not the first time this agent has done this and has been asked not to. As an owner living in Johannesburg, I think it's a scaly attempt at advertising, with no consideration of owners' security concerns, nor their living environments.
We are also addressing the issue with our security to find out how she gained access.. Please can you address the issue on your side.
