POOR SERVICE

On 20 April 2013 I posted 3 packages of excess baggage home to Australia - CN005628852ZA, CN005628971ZA, and CN005628954ZA. Early on 23 April it arrived in DURMAIL (HUB) and it appears that there has been no further action since. That is 42 days with no progress. Can somebody please explain just what is going on there???
