We bought a pack of Nestle Purina Alpo dogfood in the Beef, Bonemarrow and Vegetable flavour and upon opening the pack found worms and something that looks like cobwebs on and in the pellets. I sent an email with photos to their email address [Email Removed] but received no reply. The next day I phoned their customer helpline as indicated on pack. I spoke to a lady called Milly that promised me the world. She said that a courier would be sent to collect the product and that we will receive a refund. The courier would contact me the same day to confirm my details, but still I have not received any reply. It has been four days now and I am fed up with waiting for them to fix their appauling problem.
