Chene, with 10 yrs salon exp did my brazillian and what a DISAPPOINTMENT! The initial ad on groupon -"Pay R499 for a Brazilian Blow Wave for one person, valued at R1 200... i ended up paying R650, for what i dont know as there was no mention of encuring an extra charge for curly hair. My hair was so terrible, stiff..immediately after the brazillian, i got home and re ghd'd my hair. The very nexy day i called the manager of 'Mystic Hair Salon', Toni and i expressed my disgussed and told her i want my money back, as i was also overcharged. She insisted that i come for a free brazillian and she would give me free 500ml shampoo and conditioner, she told me she can't give my money back as Chene works for herself and that she just got divorsed (like i cared). Eventually after a few days, i called Toni & confirmed that i will take her up on the free brazillian, also told her i will be going away for a week and will contact her when i get back to Jhb.i got back 2 days ago, spoke with Toni who now says that she might not be able to do the brazillian (what is this) and gave me some excuse... DISGUSTED, ANGRY... i am expecting my R650 come sat, 01 June
