BAD ATTITUDE OR MISUNDERSTANDING

ON 13/05/2013, I WAS CONTACTED VIA EMAIL BY DUNCAN SIME IN RESPONSE TO A VACANCY THAT I APPLIED FOR ON JOB MAIL. OUR INITIAL INTERACTION WAS VERY CASUAL AND HE ASKED FOR MY OPINION ON A CLIENT THAT REQUIRES SYSTEM EXPERIENCE. ALL OF THE RESPONSES ARE DOCUMENTED ON EMAIL. HE INVITED ME TO FAMILIARISE MYSELF WITH THE SYSTEM TO BE ABLE TO MEET THE CLIENTS REQUIREMENTS. HE DID NOT UNDERSTAND THE ABBREVIATION "GIGO" WHICH IS THE IT TERM FOR "GARBAGE IN GARBAGE OUT" FOR VARIOUS COMPUTER PACKAGES AND WHEN I EXPLAINED, HE ACCUSED ME OF HAVING A BAD ATTITUDE.. I FELT INSULTED BY HIS WORDS AS HE WAS ARROGANT IN SAYING THE HE WILL NOT SUBMIT MY CV.. I THINK THIS IS TOTALLY UNFAIR AND DUNCAN DOES NOT KNOW ME AND BEING IN THE RECRUITMENT FIELD SHOULD HAVE OPTED TO TELEPHONE ME, RATHER THAN CREATE MIS-UNDERSTANDINGS IN EMAIL COMMUNICATION. HOW AM I TO HAVE AN OPPORTUNITY FOR EMPLOYMENT IF THIS IS HOW RECRUITERS BEHAVE? PLEASE HELP
