Very unprofessional attitude

I took a groupon voucher and took appointment but I was not able to make it and I asked for another date.
Fiona then mail me on monday that she booked and appointment for" coming next sat, I sent her a mail to confirm that it means coming sat, to which i did not get a reply.
when on sat I was on my way, I called her and she told me that it was not tht sat, it would be next sat.
Then she text me tht she had to go to hospital and will not be able to attend me, same thing happens on next sat as well this time she told me this pretending to be her daughter stating tht " my mom is not well so she will not be able to attend you will book you as soon as she gets out of the hospital "

but its more thn 2 mnths and I never received a call or text or mail from her . and I too did not call her as I know tht she do not want to serve me and I will never go to this clinic again and will not recommend tht to anyone. I dont know whether it exists or is just a :(
