I have no time to spare... however, I will take few minutes to sing praise to Egoli Gas! Phone in to report a possible problem with my gas heater. What I got:
-polite lady, took the details
-same lady provided telephone numbers for various gas service centres
-5 minutes later polite gentlemen informing of a job card that arrived on his desk
-same gentlemen apologising for not being able to attend to the problem today (it is 15:30!!!), but if it is not an emergency, he will send a team tomorrow morning.
WOW!!! I hope all of you will be blessed forever. It is so wonderful to talk to people like you! Care and efficiency are rare and your company has an abundance of this. I make this remark as this is always the attitude I got from Egoli Gas. Maybe is time to organise a programme to be rolled out to all other companies dealing with public! Keep it up!
