Respectfully: On the expiry of a very advantageous lease for a debutant company, Dominic Symes, representing Home Technologies cc, became very belligerent toward our management and staff when he couldn't get his way to another lease at ridiculous terms. At his requests we went out of our way to accommodate him with a new lease, but he resorted to defamatory language, and made accusations allegedly devoid of truth.
