BAD ATTITUDE

This week we were approached by GTA staff to attend a presentation at the local holiday resort of Weesgerus. On arrival we were greeted by various members of their staff, amongst which was the fellow in charge called Philip. From the very beginning we felt uncomfortable with his attitude towards the guests but decided to let it ride and to see what was on offer. (In fact, the couple sitting next to us, also commented on his attitude). However, Philip gave a very convincing presentation and then proceeded to allocate various member of his staff to personally attend to the invitees. We were attended to by a gentleman called Dean and we were really interested in what he had to tell us, but after about 10 minutes of "waffle" I asked him to please cut to the chase and to give us specific details regarding their offer. At that point Philip rudely interrupted and proceeded to "blow his top", shouting at us and telling to get out of the hall. He acted like someone demented and was obviously suffering from a bad dose of stress!! Naturally, both my wife and I were extremely upset - as we are not accustomed to being spoken to in that manner, so we left immediately
