I received a Letter in the post from MBD regards to a Truworths account opened 4years ago in my name.
Transunion has remove it from my report last year already as i disputed it, YET all of a sudden i am receiving arreas letters???
i then called MBD and they informed me i need to get an afidavit. BUT i have already done all this for Transunion, Didnt you receive the disputed info?? Y should i go through all this trouble again as i have thrown away the documents as it was "solved according to me" Please this is UNFAIR an account opened up in 2009 via sms not even by me, should be written-off as bad debt already and my name should be removed from profile... BTW im still waiting on the supervisor to call me back with regards to my call yesterday!!! SERVICE from MBD is ridiculous. (HIGHLY IRRATATED)
