I phoned RL Daly Three time today and also FNB as the account number they have given me does not allow me to pay in the money for my payment arrangement. After they promised on the second call to phone me back they still did not. Now they and FNB can decide where and who I should be paying as I no longer give a flying cup of tea. They are useless, I use to be able to do a direct transfer to the loan account but this is also no longer possible.
