To whom it may concern, I have been receiving last final demand sms from your company, demading payment however I have continued to make payment on my TV licence and I have received notification sms of the payments received. I have continued to ask your consultants to send me statements, which i have not received to date. Can your team attend to this urgently as am infuriated that i keep getting threatening sms from your team.
