So MBD are at it again. This is suCH RUBBISH. I am receiving harassing sms's and threatened that I will be handed over to some other company. For an account that was eventually paid off and now you want to blacklist me? Ja right, I know my rights. I will not call you back. Trying to ROB the public for money they no longer owe. I have reported your company to the NCR. I see on Hello Peter you have an automated response to every single complaint and there are hundreds. Clearly you are doing something WRONG!!! The call centre agents get commission on the money they owe and that adds to the agression. You bought the book from someone else and that's how it goes on and on and on. My colleague who earns R 2000 pays you guys R 700 a month. Her account was paid in full yet MBD are still deducting money from her. Taking food oout of her children's mouths! This is sick business practice!!! Something must be done, you people must be stopped. Lose my number.
