I received an SMS stating: "Despite requests from MBDLC you failed to respond to the sms re the notice of non-payment submitted to XDS. To clear your profile, call us on (011) 560-4418."
This is the first time MBDLC have contacted me.
I tried calling the number as i do NOT have any credit issues!
There was no response, so i Googled them to see if there was an alternative contact number.
I called and got hold of a customer services consultant who, after entering my ID number into their system, informed me that i had a credit default lodged against me by Autopage Cellular.
The consultant said that i would need to call the legal department on 011 5604336, which I tried to do a number of times and there was no response...
This is utter nonsense and i demand someone make contact with me to resolve this issue immediately!
I refuse to be inconvenienced by a rude (see sms above), unprofessional organisation like this.
I would appreciate it if this could be resolved as a matter of urgency.
