Please forward me a contact number of a senior person in your collections department, because the incompetent you have phoning people clearly don't know what they are doing!
And please explain to that call centre what the prescription act is and how it impacts on your business! Can you believe one of the working for you asked me what prescribed debt is? I will not pay you a cent, I have no obligation to pay it and you have no legal right to demand money from me. You can beg, but I will still give you nincompoops the finger!
I don't have a reference number because my conversations never get that far with your consultants! I keep telling them to -off but I guess deafness is just another challenge they live with, apart from plain stupidity! So leave a number and I will contact you!
PS. If I seemed rude, its only because of the attitude from your "consultants"! I have no problem with a clueless person, but being clueless and unwilling to learn is just irritating!
