On my credit report there is a account that says im under debt review but I was never under debt review and I dont even know a debt counselor name. So how is it possible to have a account under debt review and rectify it if I don't even know what company it is. Could you please rectiy it for me becuase they say I need a letter from the debt counselor to say that my debt has been paid off. How can I if I dont even know the name of the company as I was never under debt review
