I have phoned & sent several e-mails to MBD Credit Solutions Customer Care department the whole of last year, noted names, times & dates with regards to my outstanding Woolworths debt.
No concrete feedback has been provided, in the meanwhile the interest on my account is rising.
I have asked for the details of the Customer Care Centre Manager to no avail.
All I needed was a breakdown of my outstanding account & requested a settlement amount, but this seems to be to difficult to obtain, a simple request.
As far as I'm concerned I have been paying for years & years even when I was unemployed & I should not be owing a huge amount anymore.
I'm hoping my letter will help as I honestly don't know which route to follow anymore. Nobody at this company can assist me to my satisfaction.
I have contact Woolworths several times requesting the settlement amount to no avail.
