I was handed over to MBD for slow payment of my credit card due to financial complications. i have however now fully paid up my account for the WOOLWORTHS CREDIT CARD AS OF LAST YEAR, AND TO DATE HAVE NOT RECEIVED AN SMS OR LETTER TO CONFIRM THE COMPLETION OF PAYMENT.
I NOW WAIT FOR MBD TO COME BACK TO ME SAYING I AGAIN OWE THEM MONEY DUE TO THEIR OWN NEGLIGENCE OF NOT FOLLOWING UP ON THE ACCOUNTS AND THE ATTITUDE OF THE PEOPLE MAKES ONE FEEL AS IF IT IS THE CLIENTS FAULT AND NOT THEIR OWN...
