I am very disappointed in the manner they conduct their service. I've made an arrangement to make six monthly payments in the amount of R529, which I have started paying from 20 September up until 20 December so far. I keep on getting messages stating that payment for December has not been received. I followed it up several times without any luck, until sometime this week. The lady I got hold of on line 011 878 3707 assured me that payment has been received and that she is going to make a note on the system. I received a call earlier from someone on the following number 012 649 3594 stating that payments in the amount of R1 590 have been received which is not true, According to my records, I have made payments in the amount of R2 120. The conversation could not be concluded as the reception area is very bad for cell phones. I tried several times to call this person back on the number displayed on my phone, once again without any luck. I even left my number several times on their answering machine, but to no avail.
