On 02/01/2014 i made a call to VVM Debt Collectors the morning ans spoke to nadeem which helped me very friendly aswell as vincent, i explained many times that i am unemployed and that i got retrenched i couldnt afford to make payments anymore and all that was said to me is ITS NOT OUR PROBLEM, on 02/01/2014 I called again @ 11:55 and spoke to WINNIE BOWKER, Which decided to be very rude and had a attitude i told her that i paid in a R100 and her response was WHAT? A R100?? into there account i used the reference 13572369, i mentioned that i will pay the rest of the money by end of january, as i am trying my utomost best to pay this account finish, i thought i was going to get a job which is why i said i would pay R500, but at least im paying the account, who the is she to tell me what i should do and how i should pay, if i can afford a certain amount each month then thats all i can pay, i dont need her attitude to tell me what to do, if she cant speak with people on the phone then she should be in that occupation at all, or rather send her for telephone ettique if she cannot handle people properly, WE ALL ARE FREAKEN HUMANS, AND NOT ANIMALS!!!
