I would just like to know why MBD would debit my account without me giving you people permission to do this, I also called the call centre to inform them about the situation and Sumaya confirmed that she will have the sales manager to get back to me a.s.a.p, it's been 10 hours already and nobody came back called, I think this is very unprofessional as I now view this as ; you have no right to debit my account without my consent. Ever since you people contacted me I paid you up until 20th of November, I would even call to the contact centre to verify as to why the debit orders is not running as I am working on a budget as most people do and then they would confirm that they were offline etc., point is I was loyal to MBD and look what they are doing going around and debiting without permission, the same people whom I trusted with my banking details. I am very disappointed and would never trust MBD ever again I will rather go to Truworths myself.
