Started receiving "TRACE ALERT" sms with regards to a Health and Racket account closed 12 years ago, I owe them nothing, immediately phoned, was met by a incompetent who was completely unhelpful, stated they need to send me proof of debt (still waiting) Phoned my attorneys directly after, they have also sent JM a mail stating prescription.received another sms this week, my attorneys finally got a hold of them, they stated they had not received the letter. DO THEY NOT REALIZE WE LIVE IN A WORLD OF DIGITAL TRACKING. Anyway letter has been resent. Folks don't fall for these ARTISTS BS . They try intimidation tactics to coerce money from people. They do not have legal leg to stand on, maybe they will stop this if we all start a class action against them.
