If the name Maele Mothiba or Savelo ever appear in any stage of a process involving the purchase of a property, PLEASE BACK OUT.I have been dealing with Savelo (Maele Mothiba Attorneys) for the past 4 months and he is incredibly imcompetent. I have a considerable amount of money in which interest was earned on, put into his non-interest bearing trust account, just sitting there. This Friday Savelo will lodge for the third time. The application he has submitted has been rejected 2 other times. He is a physcopathical, he insisted I place notice in my current home and the way things are looking I will be without a home to live in come end of the month. Every week he promises me that the transfer will happen, but when I try to contact him he is always unavailable. He guaranteed me that the property will be transferred 3 days ago, I had arranged with the Furniture moving company to move my furniture, took leave of work, made arrangements with repair men. All these arrangements for a lie. I am at a point where I don't believe that Savelo is competent enough or qualified to ensure this house is transferred. I wish someone had warned me about Savelo and I would never have purchased this property.
