Dont bother to speak to management as she (Mrs Renusha Chanderdhev) dont even bother to reply to your email of complaint. My partner was with them and was the biggest mistake to make use of their service (well disgusting service) the paid over the left over change and to date no statement of account was supplied for the fee they charge.
DONT USE THEM!!! You can do all of this on your own and get your maximum settlement. You end up doing your own work anyway as they are useless
