I.m tired of being harrased by VVM, I think its time to take action! I pay my account every month, only to get smses and emails about "FAILURE TO MAKE PAYMENT". My statement balance was R11 000 8 MONTHS AGO, IT IS STILL THE SAME AMOUNT 8 MONTHS LATER!!! What is going on at VVM?? I [aid my account on the 26th of Aug, today its the 12th of September, and I'm being told that there was no payment recieved. VERY IRRITATING!!!
