I am not happy with the mediator allocated to me. This lady is so rude and doesn't respond to any communication and talks to me like, I am a one year old child! I agree she didn't get hold of me the time she called. Still- she send me the email requesting me to call her Ms Yen Taahira!! Now she's telling me that her assistance is not in!! Oh my Gosh!!! I spoke to the day in morning and told me she only comes in after nine now... the assistance is not in!!! Where is the "integrity" I miss Auxilla what a humble lady! Which was always on time and willing to assist in every possible way! Now, I have to wait till the 19th to be contacted still, I am in a meeting or road show my matter will be moved again!! I believe, I have more than one way of which can be used for communication ..Now the policy is canclled.
