I am utterly disgusted with the poor manner in which your manager and staff are training on giving customers advise and professional service. Personally your service as a business stinks.
Sakile an agent and Lesego Gaanaagomo a manager in your organisation really need to be trained on how to handle clients frustrations and to be welled equipped in the advise given to client. These people in your business give you a bad name.
Mrs Burke, OPS manager did come the line to eventually assist and explain my concerns.
